Zero care given

After they aired a trailer of the new IT movie at 7pm, emotionally ruining my 5 year old to the point where he refuses to go to the toilet alone, be in a room alone, sleeps with almost every light on in the house, can't watch TV, goes into a blind state when the tv goes black or won't even go to the cinema, they haven't even acknowledged my mails or even bother to respond.

Pretty pathetic that they feel it's okay to completely emotionally & mentally destroy children, without even a sorry. My son has to now go for therapy sessions as he is afraid of almost everything and doesn't want to do anything including playing outside. They have ****** his childhood without even an apology.
