ZDSTV complain

My name is nkele on January I apply wifi router at DStv I pay on 12 every month our agreement is to pay 495 so I started to pay 750 sometimes 700 or 600 on 12 june iho to pay at Ghandi square they tell me about 750 said can't pay that money I'll go to Raburg to hear why I pay that amount then I go there on 17 then they tell me that I joined policy and funeral cover so much things I said I never join anything take people s ID numbers and make us to join things me I only join funeral cover then they canceled everything beside funeral cover then thay said pay 520 then they never put data on my router after 2days call DStv to say never put data on my router they tell me to go and pay 100 I ask for what cos they suppose to tell me about 620 not 520 they said if u pay that 100 data is gonna enter automatically on wifi router so I go to pay that 100 even now they never put data on my wifi router and now is 2july on 12 must pay again I pay for something never use so can u please help me idont have power to fight for my self my money is gone like that please
