6 channels are not working from Sunday nd my monthly installment is paid. When I went to your offices in Umhlanga nd spoke to your consultant Londeka who stupidly told me that I need to bring the decoder into the service centre. The decoder is not broken u **** but there is an issue that makes other channel not to connect. How can u test the device that is not broken in your offices when u a supposed to send a technician to check the issue. May the chinese come to SA nd provide us with a better company that wont just be interested in taking our money nd not provide any service. Big ups to netflix we know what we a paying for.
