Your service sucks!!! It’s dissssggguuuussstttiing nxaaahh!

I have been receiving SMSs asking me to pay my account, however my account date is the 26th. I got an sms yesterday asking me to pay R475 - I paid R450 (the R25 slipped my mind) I paid R100 again in the afternoon after they switched the services off. After paying they didn’t reconnect my service and I checked on WhatsApp it changed to R924.65 which they said I was owing. I never missed a month without paying even when I forgot paying on the 26th of each month but I pay so I wanna know what all these amounts are for and can I get refunded and my services connected.
