Your service is totally unacceptable

I have called more then 4 times to sort out my account because of your same consultants who messed it up.

Luvo is the last person i spoke to said he will sort it out. More than a week ago still today i check its not sorted

I wanted a simple simple thing!! Is there no one who is willing to properly help me!!! 🤷♀️🤷♀️ Or should I just close the whole account!??
