Your service is so bad

I have been an error E32 since morning I have used WhatsApp, call center to fix this error and no help still all my channels are not playing I have rebooted so many times now I'm trying to call back service are not available, whatapp keeps on sending me the same message none of you self help service work like whats the point can this error be fix es because now I can't go though your call center and I don't have the energy to chasing for a service that has been paid for. I was given 15minutes for this to be sorted look at the time now
