<div>Why is it always a struggle with you Multichoice??? If you don't make a mess of my account .... i have to wait for 15 minutes to speak to a consultant....who will reimburse my airtime??? Still no solution....looks like when a person wants to cancel a service you make us wait for hours on end to speak to someone!!!! But oh boy are you quick with laywers!!!! Cancel my service!!!</div>
