Your service is poor & it sucks!!!!!!

Multichoicr has done it again, I called in on Saturday 30/04 to request for my PVR capabilities to be activated, 1 of the agents I spoke to advised that she is unable to di so as only a team leader could & assured me that she has escalated the matter to a team leader & that I would expect a call back within 24 hours. To date date no one has contacted me, my PVR is still not functional & funny enough I have a credit on my account. Your service sucks!!!!!!!!
