Your IVR does not have my option and it doesn’t take me to a human
Why do you even have a contact centre if all your options on IVR don’t give you the option you are looking for? I can’t wait to get off your books and stop wasting my money. Logged a request to change ownership more than a week ago and I’m not getting any feedback.
