Your days are number because you have poor service

I'm extremely angry I have no words to describe the unprofessional they are. I had to call times and as soon as I say I hello someone on the other side and then the line drops. I pay dstv streaming and it's not working but they are so chilled about it... Even one of the consultants laughed at me. We can pull the recording. I'm just tired of not what I'm paying for, I'll make for your going to lose me as a customer cause it don't to be laughed at when I call customer service
