YOUR CHATBOT SUCKS
Their landline *** is basically the same as their self help app. You just get bounced around from option to option, but never get to speak to anyone. And needless to say their options don't cover my query - why is my insurance cancelled?? It really is quite pitiful. Just as well they have good sport, or I would have cancelled this whole thing decades ago.
