Your accounts system is a ***ng JOKE
<br> I pay via DD every month for over 12 years now. Never a problem. All of a sudden i'm told that Feb's DD was reversed and I owe over R1500 now.<br> <br> Here's the puzzling thing. My FNB statement shows that the money went out to DSTV on 11th Feb.<br> <br> DSTV's statement shows that they received payment on 11th Feb but THEY REVERSED IT ON THE 15th Feb.<br> <br> WHY. WHY. WHY??? I ASK WITH TEARS IN MY ***NG TEAR SHOT EYES.<br> <br> DSTV, your new computer system is a ***ng JOKE. I wish i had an alternative to subscribe to.
