You took away my stars so I can't get rewards benefits

I am not happy with your customer service I have complained since March 2020 that I don't get benefits spinning competition n sent screeshoot nothing was done until competition was close ,only to realize that they have take away some of my stars to rising stars which I can't get benefits of rewards like other customers. I have been a loyal customer since 2007 but I am not treated as such
