To whoever is reading this. Please, can you call me ASAP regarding an ongoing query regarding promises that were made to me.

It is far too long to type out. It is a matter of urgency as I have called your call center regarding this and requested a number of call backs, but they do not seem to be intersted and if i do not get a call back by the end of the day today, 29/11/2017, please do not bother calling me as I will be comming into your office on Friday morning.
