You stole from me

You deducted an amount in excess of the subscription amount (R1276-00) after I paid an upgrade fee of R230-00 immediately upon upgrade. You deducted this amount without authorisation or my consent, and that constitutes theft. After numerous calls and faxes, you have not rectified this, nor have you even had the decency to call me back. Today I had to hear more stories from your badly trained and *********** staff. Your staff now say that the amount deducted from my account is not the amount received. My bank statement reflects the amount deducted (which I already e-mailed a copy of on numerous occasions), so where is this money? This sounds like ********** behaviour on your part. What is going on in your company? You better fix this within seven (7) calendar days. If you fail to correct, I will institute ******** proceedings against you. ***
