You pay no regard to your customers

I am just so sick and tired of DSTV doing just as they please.

Last week Monday I switch on my tv and wanted to search for a channel.

To my surprise the R99 subscription package now has no sports channel at all. They removed channel 209.

Secondly where we had channel 117 - Universal, this was also just removed.

They have put in a new channel - TNT.

The point is they remove channels and give you one so their viewers are getting less and less value for money. At the rate which it is going, one would need to go for Open view as this is free. Your R99 package offers very little. Shame on you DSTV You don't even bother to sms or email customers advising of your intentions to change things. Don't treat us as *******. The viewers give you your profits.
