YOU PAY DSTV BUT THEY STILL SWITCH OFF YOUR ACC

Good Day<br> <br> I made a Double Payment on The Dstv web Portal for my dstv account on 17 July.<br> My account was not behind but i thought i'll make a double payment for the next month as well.<br> <br> This Afternoon early i found a screen om my dstv Code E16-4 Also saying \Your account may be in arrears.<br> <br> THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.<br> <br> I phoned in for support at 20H00<br> <br> The lady who assisted me said i must sent a statement/proof off payment to [Email Removed]<br> I asked her how Long will it take for my service to be active again<br> <br> She said -1hour<br> <br> I did send the email at exactly 20h25 with the needed documentation.<br> <br> I phoned back again 21h15 as i did not get any response<br> <br> The same lady told me their account department only works till 17h00. and i might be assisted tomorrow.<br> <br> THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. DSTV WANTS MONEY NOW...... WHY CANT THEY GIVE ME SERVICE NOW.<br> I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I LOST 1 DAY OF VIEWING AND THEN DSTV EXPECTS I MUST STILL PAY THE FULL AMOUNT BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE. DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY<br> <br> SHAUN"
