You do not do as promised
On 5th August 2022, i requested an upgrade on my package from Family to Compact, via DSTV Whatsapp. I got a reply saying that i had an outstanding request for a Compact 24 months at R379 discount. I was requested to pay R70 to carry out the upgrade which i duly did. However , now on 5th September, i get debited with an amount of R448.52???? What happened to my discounted compact deal!!!!!!
