You did it again. Dstv you not willing to rectify any mistakes .you actually continue to rip us off .I signed up for a the cheapest package .I don't know how many complaints I'm writing . To my surprise I even downgraded my package to dstv access before month end of October to avoid this high charges I'm experiencing. Well I'm owing dstv R479 how typical .this is crazy. This is ridiculous. I have paid my channels twice last month .I was told I have credit on my account because I was charged unfairly. But no way .here I am crying again with a crazy amount .my balance break down there's another amount which I don't know which is coming from .yho guys this is too much .when you ask these guys to cancel your account .they Apologize and promise to rectify their mistakes. But later they do worse than that .God I need my lawyer to intervene. I've been ****med by dstv .
