YOU CAN'T DO WHAT YOU WANT
Last month I want to do change of ownership from my husband to me on all 3 our devices. I send 10000's of pages through and am told I must send it through on the last day of the month so that change of ownership can commence on the 1st day of the new month. I get several e-mails and sms' to inform me that I have to pay more than what was due on my husband's name and pay it on the 28th and sent through the proof. Yesterday I phone and ask what happened to the credit on boxoffice and am given long stories that are untrue, then I ask why I am paying more and am told I paid for an extra 3 days as my month now starts from the 3rd of every month. THAT IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR AND WAS INFORM ON E-MAIL WHICH I STILL HAVE. Who gave you carte blanche to take credits and change dated like you want to? If this is how my relationship starts with you, I pity it going further. Lastely I tell the chick yesterday that I want a supervisor or manager to phone me because I am not happy. NO ONE PHONED! WHY? BECAUSE YOU JUST DON'T CARE!

We advised that the Box office credit was used for the rental of a movie on the 22 February 2015.
We confirm payment of R789.33 is reflecting on your account.
The billing on your husband's account has been corrected and is reflecting a zero balance. We also agreed that your payment date will remain on the 2 of the month.
