YOU ARE DISGUSTING DSTV

DSTV you are absolutely disgusting. I was kicked out of dstv stream and have spent 2 hours trying to sort out the issue. EVERY SINGLE point of contact is manned by an *********** robot! Your email is no longer operational. Your website support is the only support site where I could finally speak with a human. This supposed human by the name of NIKITA proved to be INHUMANE. I didn't pass the verification test of my email address - IVE HAD MY GMAIL ACCOUNT FOR 30 YEARS!!! She wouldn't accept my stop orders payment date of 5th of month. THATS THE DATE MY LAST PAYMENT WENT OFF MY ACCOUNT. What must I do - make up a fictitious date!!! The fact that ALL my personal details are in your possession including ID etc which were verified does not seem to count. And then to top it all I now have to take time out of my day to go to a dstv centre to verify my details. YOU ARE DISGUSTING!!!! You don't seem to care what my email address is WHEN YOU DEDUCTED R1203 on 5th August, nor did you care when you deducted the full view installment from MY banking account EVERY MONTH FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS!!!! HOW DARE YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE PIECES OF ****!!!!
