Yet another complaint this month but my query still not resolved

I Complaint last month about my services on this very platform gentleman by the name of Nkosinathi or Nkosikhona called to resolve my query from customer service but a month later I still the very same issues with subscription. I called their contact centre two days ago i spoke to the lady called Thandeka and she was of no use, she couldnt understand what needs to happen to my account after spending 30 minutes with Thandeka on the phone my got cut off, I didnt receive a call back nor she is my query resolved. dealing with dstv customer service is such a fustrating process. going forward I will address all of my complaint to the head of operations better yet address my complaints to the CEO as Im not getting any joy with Customer Service.Tomorrow my debit order will go through but im not getting proper service.
