<p>I am writing this email as a result of a debit order of R 4,636.01 that went through my account without my authorization. I need a full investigation as to who, why and when was this change made and the reason why I was never informed of such changes. Seeing a debit of 4,636.01 in your account without expecting it is really unacceptable. I need feedback on the corrective measures taken as well to ensure that a similar mistake won't happen again.</p>
