It's time for your annual DStv subscription renewal. To view for another year, Please pay R8899 by 29/02. (Use *** as reference). Remember your 12 th month is on us . For where to pay, visit My DStv on the DStv now app. On the 24/02/2020 I paid the full amount of R8899. On 28/11/2020 they say I must pay R172 to stay connected. On 29/12/2020 to stay connected please pay R991 before 01/01/2021. On the 8/01/2021 they stop my viewing. From November 2020 I contacted five people at the contact center. How can they dishonour the contract My smart card no is ***.
