Xtraview not working

Firstly before I go any further, I would like to give thanks to a Consultant named Jaden who helped me with my issue a few weeks ago and he called me everyday just to check up if the issue he was helping me with was resolved, much appreciated Jaden we need more consultants like yourself at DSTV Multichoice.

This morning I woke up and my extraview decoder wasn't working and I called in and the lady on the other side tried helping me but my issue was not resolved after about an hour on the call with her until my fone cut, there is nothing wrong with my decoder or cabling coz it's always played and just cut this morning. The picture comes and goes when they busy sending commands but fail to keep it playing. Can I please get someone who knows how to troubleshoot call me back because it's frustrating to have the primary decoder playing and secondary one not.
