xtraview error E143-0

Do the "technicians" at multichoice even know what E143-0 is though?...did the run around to get my decoder tested and even had an installer check it(very expensive exercise) ,but,he could not find any fault...which obviously meant that DSTV messed with my account on 24th May 2019 when i renewed my subscription..it has been days and my daughter still does not have access to her xtraview which i pay for!!...
