Xtraview
I have cancelled my Xtraview because we don't use it any more. This month they charge me again for it. When I phone the call centre I was informed that the money that they deducted again was to be able to record on PVR and for Box office. I wonder how many people know that you are paying for that even if you don't make use of it. This means that with the increase in April we are paying R85.00 to be able to record and Box Office that you don't use. This is ****************. Why must you pay to record something if you are already paying subscription fee and why do you pay for box office if you are paying to rent a movie?

The Access Fee gives you access to an additional viewing environment without having to pay another subscription (and so saves you money).It also covers the functionalities which enable your hard drive on the HDPVR decoder and that allows you to record, rewind, pause and rent on box office, so if you cancel extra view and want to use the functionalities you would still need to made the additional payment for the access fee.
