Xtra-view

Is DSTV working on solving the issues with the xtra-view. I have to sign out and sign in every time I finish one playback episode, change channels or the internet goes down. Actually if you blink you have to sign in again. This is taking all the joy out of being able to watch dstv. We are actually considering changing to a different platform
