Xplorer price lock promotion team very unhelpful

<p> </p> <p>I have been trying for a couple of months to get an Xplorer via the current price lock promotion.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think the team responsible for this promotion is unhelpful, it takes a long time to get any feedback (although the DSTV team promises up to 48 hours - it takes much longer). I have responded more than 3 times to ads and have hardly received any call for me to purchase an xplorer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I followed up, I was told my query would be escalated - it is one week later.....still no call.</p> <p> </p> <p>If DSTV had competitors, I would have long gone to competitors - I think the team or process responsible for the price lock promotion are unhelpful (maybe the process should be managed by your competent call center, not the current team)</p>
