Xolisile at DSTV customer support

I called DSTV support line hoping they have improved their service only to get BIG HEADED Xolisile on the Support line. Hey that girl is soooo arrogant, too big headed.

She does not even want to lesson on what I'm seeing which is the reason I called. She is telling me she knows what she is doing and trained to do the job. But I guess DSTV forgot to teach her to lesson to customers to be able to assist.

And my XtraView still not working after all her arrogant training she got.

I don't know why I'm still with DSTV honestly. Their XtraView is never stable and to be fixed I must always go to their agent because their call center is always useless.

I'm tired honestly.
