WTONG BILLING
This company has the baddest service on all their contact platforms. I'm talking the land line, FB messenger, watsapp! EVERYTHING!! I HAVE HAD TO HOLD FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH. THIS IS SOO DISGUSTING BECAUSE WHEN YOU DEBIT YOU DO IT REALLY QUICK AND WITHOUT FAIL. I WANT TO KNOW WHY I'M BEING BILLED MORE WHEN MY PACKAGE IS 399 AND I HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR ANYTHING EXTRA!! SUCH A SIMPLE QUERY BUT IT'S SOOO DIFFICULT TO GET AN ANSWE.
