Why is it that i am getting charge double the amount i am supposed to be paying every month? This is why the entire account is under dispute...
Can we please get this sorted out.
I am sick and tired of wasting my airtime and time to get this sorted.

I had to do a recon on the account by hand and emailed it to him.
There is credit that needs to be passed on this account of almost R 3500. 00
Yet nothing gets done. I am tired of begging and following up.
