Wrongly Disconnected

Multichoice disconnected me on the 9th of September 2020 when in reality had made payments 3 payments at a supermarket 4th payment eft but i got disconnected for my service and have been seeking help since yesterday till now i do not have service 16.00 10.09.2020 .Both the chatbox and whatsapp lines would not help and the phone is not being answered
