Wrongly debited
I signed an explora contract for R849 for 24 months with no price increase.Since I signed the contract my account has been an absolute mess. One month my account is debited over 1200 rands, the next a different amount. I have called multichoice several times to have this resolved. Previous month the correct amount was debited , now 878 has been debited from my account. What the heck is going on. I am exhausted with phoning, emailing and tweeting about the same thing over and over again. I do not know what to now or who can help me make sense of my account and have it resolved, maybe taking the decoder back is the only solution.
