Wrongfully billed

Multichoice are liats and manipulators,In March I received several messages about a speacial for a compact boquet it was a payment of R250 I paid and got connected on compact.Last week Thursday I received a message that I owe money and I called dstv and I spoke to 1 of the callcentre agents and I was told that I had received the message in error.This week I received the same message and I called again and they told me that they did a reversal of the special they gave me,I have called the callcentre 3 times and they cut off my viewing yet I have paid they logged 3 cases and everyone is telling me that the finance department will callback yet I haven’t received any communication from anyone.
