Wrongful suspension of services

My DSTV account was abruptly suspended and I was disconnected from around 10h00 last night. This, after I paid my account in full (R779) on Thursday 24th July. When I called the Call Centre, I was told my account is correctly reflecting the fact that I had paid & the agent couldn't explain why my services where cut. The agent tried to assist with the reconnection but could only succeed with the extra view decoder & was struggling with the main. My airtime ran out before she could reconnect my services, I didn't bother calling back for obvious reasons. In short I couldn't watch TV last night as I only had the free-to-watch channels! Some channels were back this morning, for the amount of money I pay for this services I can't be expected to still be calling to rectify or confirm that the supplier has made a mistake. This is very inconvenient, it's not enough that I pay my subscription on time, now I need to budget call centre airtime in case DSTV decides to disconnect my services for no apparent reason. This is the problem with semi-monopoly, can someone from DSTV contact me....I am a very unhappy ***
