wrongful information
Phone December for the explora and asked it the special is only for December as I want the explora but be only moving end of February and I only want to have it installed at my new home.They told me it was only for December. So I told them I don't want to pay for 2 contracts. They said I would only pay for the explora witch would only be R899 even if I don't install know. Got a bill end January for R2100! Normal daul view plus prorara and for February! After many phone calls since the 2 February no response. The would have listened to my conversation with the agent in December. Still waiting for the call back. Now I would be billed double again end February
