Wrongful billing

Today since 8 am I’ve been calling dstv SA and everytime I’m making a call no 1 seems to know what the previous caller spoke to me about. Why are you then saying your calls are recorded when Nompilo Mdluli, Sylus and Sinazo’s notes cannot be found on the system. Dstv has double charged and mind you my monthly payment was made on time now they want me to payment a reconnection fee for a mistake that was done by them. Now I’ve been calling to ask and the last caller doesn’t see anything on the system cause she says she is working from home. This is *** service at it’s best. Don’t know why I’m still paying for dstv
