Wrongful accusation of account payment

Hope all is well with you. I was hoping you could help. I have been receiving numerous calls from ***, they say they were instructed by DSTV to contact me regarding an outstanding account. I have tried several times to seek help from DSTV as i don't owe them anything, but DSTV isn't helping me

I was a customer of DSTV on Compact plus packages more than 3 years ago. I was a prepay customer and would pay for my account in advance, so when I churned I didn't owe them.

smses and calls from these numbers *** with reference ***3 claim I owe DSTV, and that I would be blacklisted. I don't owe DSTV , and as a result I want them to stop harassing me and threatening me, I don't owe anything.
