Wrong way to treat loyal customers
I am posting this complaint as I am tired of being sent from pillar to post. On 21.08.2015 I have been watching \Deal or No Deal SA"on Mnet channel 115 from 19:00 to 20:00. During the show there was a competition. The viewers had to choose one of the boxes and sms the number to 35400. The winning prize is R10 000. Sms costs R3. I sent my sms at 19:34. My cell account was immediately debited with R3 as advertised. At the end of the show the winning box was revealed. It was my number which meant I won R10 000. I contacted DSTV centre by dialling *** at 20:24. I wanted to find out your winnings claim procedure. The agent advised to contact *** for competitions. I contacted the number at 20:28. The call went to call centre again. The agent advised to visit the branch and claim the prize. I sent the detailed mail to [Email Removed] I got reply to contact *** during working hours. I've been trying to contact this number for 2 days. Switchboard operator put me through ext.3109 which is not responding"
