Wrong information given
I called multichoice to find out if i was owing somethin. So that i can pay but was told im not in arreas to my surprise my accoun is disconnected and when i call im told that im owing a month now i have to suffer because they didn't give me the correct info its unprofessional and irritatin i valued your service but you have shown me how negligent you are with your customers thank you becaus i know you wont respond thats how much you value you customers
