Wrong Incomplete recordings on PVR

For the last few months there have been many errors in the program that cause the recording on the PVR to record wrong things.<br> One pays exuberant amounts of money because we have no alternative and one would expect some kind of service for this but lately you have been going downhill at a vast rate of speed.<br> It started for me when you *****ed up the last episode of Top Gear so badly that you could not even watch it. When I complained about this on you website I did not even get a response.<br> Now I recorded some American restoration Series and when I wanted to watch it yesterday I got some other program recorded and not even American Restorations at all.<br> I do not record a lot of stuff so I don't even know what other people must be experiencing and judging by the amount of complaints it must be bad.<br> No wonder you have to show so many repeats. it's so that we can at least see the program without your problems.<br> I have already downgraded my package because I think you are robbing the people. you also take all the popular channels away when downgrading that one is left with the s****s which to me is also wrong.<br> I am very disappointed.
