Wrong DSTV account provided.

On the 19th December we bought a DSTV decoder from Game Stores Waterfall Mall Rustenburg and we were given an installer by the name Rhian who gave us the wrong DSTV account but does not want to help us resolve the issue. We paid that wrong account and now we are going back & forth with Multichoice when the amount has to be transferred to our account. We have been trying to resolve this issue since the 24th December 2015 and now our account is suspended. Rhian's phone is off, he's not doing any follow-up.
