wrong dpp package

I have sms the dpp dept for explora package for 149 then after they have delivered and installed the explora i was told my package is for 529 rand.i dont wanna this package.my i phone them yesterday they have dpp department will fix it and i phoned today they have said i must go the agencies then do what cause they only installed it only.
