WRONG DEBITS VIA DEBIT ORDER

<p>We update our account details with Multichoice on 23 January 2017 to change our debit order details from Nedbank to FNB with immediate effect. Form was completed for the change and sent to Mutichoice but despite this they still proceed and debit the Nedbank account with the issue that the debit order could not be honoured by Nedbank and the amount of R900 was paid in cash at Checkers at the end of January 2017. They admitted that they made a mistake and agreed to pay the unpaid debit order charge of R60 by crediting my account but insisted on bank statements which had a cost of R42 to make then available to Multichoice on their request. The R60 refund is not even passed yet but was approved. The R42 charge we agreed to submit once the printed statement is available to avoid another charge on the account. But this is not my major issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 1 March 2017 Multichoice debited my account with the amount of R1 664 or something in that region but my instalment is only R799 plus the R34 insurance on the explora. Why was the account debited with over R1 600? I need this to be reversed with immediate effect and the correct amount be debited.</p> <p> </p> <p>Because of this issues around the debit issues I herewith instruct Multichoice to please cancel the debit order instruction on my bank account with immediate effect as they cannot be trusted to just take the correct amount each month. For the past few months I experience issues on billing and I have had it with the imcompetent service of Multichoice. If I could I would cancel my subscription with immediate effect as I am not happy at all with Multichoice and their *********** customer services.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please investigate and advise urgently.</p> <p> </p>
