Wrong debit date and amount/very rude agent Siphokazi Mnisi

My DSTV account is now disconnected for non payment while I had money available on my bank account on 28 August 2019 which was supposed to be my debit date.

After going through my bank statement I discovered that you tried to debit my account on 27 August 2019 which is one day before my payment day.

I further notice that the amount you wanted to debit was more than my premium of R519 so I would also want query why you tried to to debit more than this.

This now reflect as a unpaid debit order on my bank statement which I am extremely unhappy about and demand an apology, the reconnection fee be reversed as well as the bank costs incurred to be reimbursed.

Lastly I would like to lay a complaint against the agent Siphokazi Mnisi, she was rude and unhelpful. I want her supervisor to listen to the call and provide me with feedback. I called at 13:05 from Bloemfontein.

Looking forward to hear from you today still.

I got a call from a number *** and spoke to a gentleman named Nkululeko claiming to be from DStv/MultiChoice about my sms that I send to receive invoices yearly. I have no idea what is he talking about. Get your house in order please

So 2 days later I'm still waiting for Siphamandla Maqina to reply on my e-mail and DSTV was so cute to go and charge another reconnection fee on my account. I called last night at +-18:40 and spoke to an agent Dean. He was beyond rude, had me holding on the line for almost 30 minutes while he went to look for a supervisor only to come back and tell me there is no supervisor. He refused to give me his name and surname or his supervisors name and surname and decided to drop the phone in my ear. I called back at about 18:57 and spoke to Keisha who was very helpful. She noticed the reconnection fee on my account and informed me its wrongfully charged and then called her supervisor named Anselm who informed me he locked a request to have the fees reversed. Both him and Keisha were very helpful and professional unlike the DEAN character. I also find it strange that Keisha and Anselm informed me that they are not allowed to give out their surnames and the location whereas Siphamandla Maqina and Siphokazi Mnisi could do so. The call reference number of the conversation with Dean was given to me by Anselm and is ***2-i185 and I want this call and the one with Siphokazi Mnisi traced so DSTV could hear how rude and *********** their staff are. Multichoice is dominating the satelite tv industry in SA so they think they can do as they please, I wish they get competition soon...PLEASE RESOLVE MY QUERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
