Wrong billing & debiting??
DSTV all of sudden just started debiting us R999 instead of R904, went on to chat with a consultant Glacia on the 30th of January after receiving notification for another debit of R999 for the 1st. She went through the account billing and admitted to the error of being double-billed for the extra view (R85). She then confirmed that since the debit hadn't gone off the issue had been rectified on their side and that the correct amount of R904 would go off instead. Surprisingly enough the debit of R999 still went off for the payment. Really getting fed up with these inconsistencies and resolutions having been a premium client for years now and maybe its time to cut ties with DSTV.
