wrong billing date
I called multichoice a week ago to chage my pay date from the 25 of each month to the second of each moth. Now today of all days I woke up and find that my account has been suspended and I also have to pay a reconnection fee. Right now I don't have money as I get paid on the last day of the month. I even checked balance last week and it showed that I have to pay on the 2nd.
