Wrong billed by dstv

Hi. My name is fadia maclare last month dstv had a promotion and after receiving the sms I called in to upgrade my dish.i was told that I had to pay r620 in the month of march as my debit order is on the 28 each month.nothing else was said.discussed or explained .but on the 27th of march my dstv was disconnected and when I called in I was given stories about the promotion didn't apply. There was a pro rats that I owed that's the reason my dstv got disconnected .and then they assured it was fixed and the correct amount would be deducted on the 28th but still they deducted an amount that was for the full package.when I called again I spoke to matshidiso who gave me an incident nr 527902. And told me they would re.imburse me. But the problem is dstv is not transparent .they offer promotion with hidden cost and agenda and the agenta do not explain everything and you end up paying thousand of rand's .this is not right now I had to pay reconnection fees for a dstv that got disconnected a day before my pay day and I have a debit order with them.i want my money back as they said I owed only r620 but deducted r1130 from my account.i am truly disgusted at their service and there's never is a manager at dstv at al.
