Wrong amounts on statement
In August I called in to enquire about my account. I was told that I won't have to pay end of August because my account had a credit. September I made payment via PayU.

I October I made a payment of R319. My services were cut off. I was first told I owe around R700. It then changed to R1077. It changed again to R497. All this in one month.

I then received a statement via mail from Multichoice stating that I need to pay R497.
Today I pay R497 but my services remained inactive. I then called to find out. I was told I still owe R177.

I asked why this R177 was not included in the statement. The call centre agent told me she doesn't know. If your stuff can't explain the amounts charged by you, how am I as your customer supposed k ow?

I must say, your service and customer service is very disturbing lately. You provide the service. You are supposed to be sending your customers accurate statements.

You don't even seem to care when your customers call in to get answers. All they get is call centre agents who gives you attitude instead of answers. This is not the way to deal with customers.

I wasted 11 minutes on the phone with someone who was absolutely useless. How do you tell
